Crypto cards available to Canadians
Only cards whose issuers say, on their own pages, that they serve Canadian residents. Each profile dates every figure.
We verified 3 crypto cards offered to Canadian residents on the issuers’ own pages: Shakepay Card, Crypto.com Visa, MetaMask Card. Two spend a CAD balance and one spends tokens from a self-custody wallet. We also list 10 cards we checked and left out, mostly because they are US-only or could not be verified.

Shakepay Visa Prepaid Card
Spends your Shakepay CAD balance and pays 1% to 1.5% back in bitcoin depending on your monthly status. No annual fee; the foreign-currency fee runs from 3% to 0% by status.
Crypto.com Prepaid Visa Card (Canada)
A CAD-loaded prepaid Visa with five tiers. The free tier pays no rewards; paid or staked tiers pay 1.5% to 4.5% in CRO on a capped amount of monthly spend.
MetaMask Card (Virtual)
A self-custody crypto debit card: you keep your tokens in your MetaMask wallet until the moment you pay. Canadians can get the free Virtual card, with 1% back in mUSD.
Checked and left out
These cards came up in our research. We left them out because they are not offered to Canadian residents, have closed, or could not be verified on an official page.
